Iām Alysha, a retired professional dancer, creative producer, and movement coach.
After experiencing years of burnout and mental health struggles, I began exploring numerous healing modalities. This journey greatly influenced my movement practice, and continues to inform my teaching.
From squats, to sun-salutations, to breath-work, my goal is to help others achieve more than just fitness metrics. Movement and mindfulness can improve physical strength and mental resilience, but a subtler gain is this deep connection to our authentic selves.
